• 8/19/26 Materials Management Planning Committee - written public comment
  On the Materials Management Plan minimum siting requirements. Submitted to the Washtenaw County Materials Management Planning Committee, August 19, 2026.
• 9/2/26 Board of Commissioners - spoken public comment
  Delivered in person to the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners, the body that gives final approval to the Materials Management Plan, asking the county to retain an independent expert to help set the minimum siting criteria before any expansion. September 2, 2026.
• 9/6/26 EGLE Air Quality Division - public comment (Arbor Hills Energy N1504 permit renewal)
  To Michigan EGLE on the draft renewal of the Arbor Hills Energy air permit (SRN N1504, the landfill-gas turbine plant): make the plant demonstrate on every run that its fuel meets the sulfur limit, rather than relying on monthly sampling and controls housed in another operator's plan. September 6, 2026.
• 9/9/26 Materials Management Planning Committee - spoken public comment
  Delivered to the Washtenaw County Materials Management Planning Committee, asking the county to write three elevated-temperature protections into the Materials Management Plan's minimum siting criteria for any new or expanded landfill. September 9, 2026.
• 2026 H1 - SET evidence brief
  A resident-assembled brief on the subsurface elevated-temperature record at Arbor Hills, drawing on the operator's own EGLE-filed readings and the published literature.
• Part 115 - MMP minimum-criteria brief
  A textual and structural analysis explaining why county minimum siting criteria may extend beyond geography, how EGLE must apply the applicable MMP during permit and license review, and where county planning authority ends and state regulatory authority begins.
